"Brittni was very responsive, helpful, and was able to save me some money vs my renewal quotes with another insurer. My only gripe would be that I wasn't informed that the prices I was quoted were dependent on me installing a safe driving app on my phone. I've done this before with another insurer and the app was annoying and a pain. I ended up not doing this and premiums went up some, but still cheaper than what I'd have paid by not switching."

After they messed up our insurance so bad we moved to another agent and then our bill went down severely, which makes no sense since it's still with State Farm. They also gave our son 3 different quotes for a 25 year old car and ended up being double a month. He moved with us to the new agent and premium went down?? Yeah definitely price gouges for their benefit. Shop around, dont settle with their outrageous premiums. We been with State farm for 20 years and this has to be the worse agent we ever dealt with."
